How To Stay Hydrated in Summer?



We all know this fact that to stay hydrated especially in summer and in other seasons how imported. Dehydration is a main route of disease Whether it's small or big. But in this summer hydration word is more meaningful and powerful. We all are well known with the term of Covid 19 and its symptoms and health departments urge the country to eat healthy and stay hydrated to fight this unseen virus. 

What is Hydration ?

Hydration is the process of absorbing water in the body. It can be done through drinking water, eating ice cubes, eating foods that have high water content, drinking other fluids. 

How to Stay Hydrated?

‘Stay hydrated’ does not mean you need to drink water every time. By changing eating habits you can keep your body hydrated. There are some water rich fruits available in the market which you can take, juices, Glucose water, Flavored drinks etc.

Here we share some tips for keeping our body hydrated:

Watermelon : watermelon is a fruit which is found in the desert area and people of such places eat it to satisfy their water thrust. It is easily available in the market. You can eat watermelon by adding some black slat on its pieces to make it more tasty. Muskmelon : Muskmelon is also a water and fiber rich food which is good for your health. Mango: Yes king of fruits again you can eat it or drink by making its shake with milk. It's a very old recipe of Indian cuisine and people are crazy for mangoes in India. Raw Mango : Yes cant eat it because it's bitter in taste, but it's aam panaa is really delicious healthy for hydration, stomach etc. Get the recipe from here 
 

Cucumber : You can eat cucumber in salad. It's also water rich fruit.

Lemon water: Lemon water is also good for hydration, add some sugar or honey in water and squeeze one lemon add some black salt as your lemon water is ready.

Buttermilk : Butter milk is good for the stomach and also hydrates your body.

Mint leave Juice: It's also cool in nature and its aroma makes this juice outstanding.

Coconut water: Dr firstly advices to take coconut water in any kind of problem as its full of nutritious properties. .
