Government Introducing New e-Form for Starting Business


The government made easy company registration for new start-ups from 15 February 2020; after that, don’t need to go for the Registration of EPFO and ESIC Registration separately, ESIC and EPFO registration number would be allotted at the same time.
SPICe+ form, which is going to introduce by corporate affair ministry, offer 10 services at a time.
Currently, there is an electronic form SPICe which would be going to upgrade or replace with SPICe+.
New SPICe+ form offers the 10 services at a time that save lengthy procedures, time, and cost for start-ups in India.
According to the source labor ministry, the Department of Revenue and Maharashtra government would be facilities with the form.
Now Registration is compulsory for Employees provident fund organization and Employees state insurance corporation from 15 February 2020.
Later EPFO and ESIC registered separately.
Registration for profession tax going to compulsory for companies set up in Maharashtra from 15 February 2020.
Permanent Account Number, Tax Deduction and Collection Account Number,  Profession Tax Registration (Maharashtra)  and company bank account opening done by the single form.
If you have applied for Director Identification Number (DIN) and GST and Service Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) will also be allotted.
New form SPICe+ would be available on the portal MCA21.
Newly incorporated start-up business through SPICe+ required applying for the opening of company bank account through AGILE-PRO linked web form.
